MIAMI, September 12, 2023 -- Participant Capital Advisors (PCA), a real estate investment firm that manages private equity real estate vehicles, today announced that it has named Matthew Fuller as Chief Investment Officer. Matt will be responsible for the firm’s allocation and investment strategies.

As part of his role as CIO, Matt will be diversifying the projects Participant Capital invests in by expanding its suite of developers and continuing to raise capital for properties with Royal Palm Companies. This will include the management of the Participant Capital Sun Belt Multifamily Development Fund 1, which launched in May.

Fuller’s career in real estate investment management over the past 20 years has spanned experience with value-add and distressed office, multi-family, investment grade and non-investment grade net lease and hospitality assets in South Florida. Prior to joining Participant Capital, Matt served as CIO of ESJ Capital Partners. Earlier, he spent nearly 16 years as Managing Principal of Biscayne Asset Management, and previously was Vice President at Key Bank Real Estate Capital.
