Completed in 2010, Paramount Bay was developed by Royal Palm Communities and designed by Arquitectonica while the interiors were designed by musician-turned-interior-designer Lenny Kravitz, of Kravitz Design Inc. Paramount Bay has 346 condo residences comprised of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans plus penthouses.
