Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for aggregators and providers of the text messaging services or as otherwise required or permitted by applicable law.

SMS consent is specific to the Participant Capital messaging program for which the consumer provided consent and is not transferable to another company or messaging program.

This SMS-specific privacy protection applies regardless of any other provisions in this Privacy Policy concerning other categories of personal information.

This language is important for A2P registration because HighLevel specifically requires the privacy policy to distinguish SMS opt-in data from other categories of personal information.
