PARAMOUNT Fort Lauderdale Beach is a mixed-use development of an 18-story luxury condominium with retail space along the Fort Lauderdale beach strip. The site was previously zoned for a hotel development and was rezoned for condominiums and retail which was deemed more viable after the recession. The luxury condominium includes 95 units ranging from 1.9K - 3.4K SF. All units are ocean-facing and the building is highly amenitized with poolside cabanas, a club room, and a gym with steam showers. The project includes an innovative, automated underground parking system, which created the opportunity to add an additional floor of units.
