How to become a Participant
There are two ways to participate in Participant Capital’s proprietary funds
Growth Fund
Short Term
4 - 5 years
This fund will invest in for-sale real estate developments allowing participants to exit in 4-5 years
Growth Fund
Long Term
10 years with ability to redeem after 5 years
This fund will invest mostly in multifamily developments or mixed-use projects with long-term horizons. Participants can exit after 5 years by redeeming their shares*

Our Private Credit Fund
This fund will allow participants to preserve capital by participating in real estate backed loans that do not exceed 75% LTV.
