Ronald Alli is the Assistant Controller of Participant Capital. He is responsible for assisting in overseeing the operations of the accounting department and financial reporting. With over a decade of experience, he was previously a Consultant for Aman Miami Beach, Faena Hotels & Residences, and a Financial Controller for Zuma.

Ronald holds a Master’s in Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Florida International University. Ronald is also a Certified Hospitality Revenue Manager with the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute and a Certified Quality Improvement Associate with the American Society for Quality. He is bilingual and speaks English and Spanish.
