Arcadia is the Chief Compliance Officer for Participant Capital. She is a banking and investment veteran with over 35 years of experience in international and domestic private banking and brokerage.

Prior to joining Participant, Arcadia was a senior BSA officer in the BSA/AML/OFAC departments of City National Bank, Wells Fargo, and Goldman Sachs.

Arcadia holds a Bachelor’s degree from Florida International University in International Relations. She is FIBA AML/CA certified and currently a member of the National Society of Compliance Professionals (NSCP). Arcadia was previously registered with FINRA and held Series 7, 63, Life, Health and Variable Annuity Licenses.
