Apartment rents decline in some South Florida cities

In the span of a month, rents for apartments listed on Zumper.com dropped by 5% or more in several South Florida cities, according to a recent report from the San Francisco-based rental marketplace.


It's the reversal of a trend of relentless rent increases during the pandemic, which made the tri-county region a national leader in rent hikes and exacerbated its affordability crisis.
