MIAMI – Aug 16, 2022 – Participant Capital Advisors, a real estate investment firm that enables wealth managers and their clients to participate alongside institutions in Class A, ground-up real estate development projects , has moved into a larger, state-of-the-art office space at the iconic Wells Fargo Center, located at 333 SE 2nd Avenue in the heart of Downtown Miami. Situated on the 30th floor of the building, Participant Capital’s new office boasts 18,500 square feet of office.
The move comes amid rapid expansion for Participant Capital, which, earlier this year, named Bernard Wasserman, a real estate industry veteran, to serve as president and advance the firm’s global real estate fund offerings to a wider range of investors. Under Wasserman’s leadership, Participant Capital has increased its team across investor relations, marketing and investment, including most recently appointing Eli Neusner to serve as Head of U.S. Investor Relations.
Additionally, Participant Capital’s development partner, Royal Palms Companies (RPC), Florida’s preeminent luxury high-rise real estate development firm, is also experiencing rapid growth. The move to expanded offices will allow both firms to continue to scale and facilitate broader collaboration. Participant Capital is a principal investor in several major RPC developments, including Legacy Hotel & Residences, a luxury hotel and residence with 310 branded residences and 219 hotel rooms in downtown Miami—a $440 million development that received the second-largest construction loan in the history of the state.
