Kyle Jaskot is the Director of Capital Markets at Participant Capital. He is responsible for capital formation, joint venture structuring, and development strategy for projects ranging from $100 million to over $650 million in total capitalization. With experience across luxury residential, hospitality, and mixed-use developments, Kyle has structured and raised significant equity funding for projects in Miami, Las Vegas, Costa Rica, Belize, and the Dominican Republic.

He holds a Master of Real Estate Development + Urbanism from the University of Miami.
