Maximillian Kaye
Vice President - Finance
Maximillian Kaye serves as Vice President of Finance at Participant Capital, where he is responsible for capital markets, investment underwriting, and project capitalization across the firm’s real estate development platform. He focuses on sourcing and structuring debt and equity financing, evaluating new investment opportunities, and supporting the execution of residential, mixed-use, and hospitality developments.
Prior to joining Participant Capital, Max worked in development and acquisitions at Related Ross, where he helped advance large-scale mixed-use, hospitality, residential, office, and education developments across South Florida representing more than $5 billion in total project value.
Max holds an MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University and a BA from Swarthmore College, where he was Co-Captain of the Varsity Tennis Team. He is a licensed Florida real estate broker and a licensed Florida building contractor. He also serves on the boards of Israel Tennis & Education Centers, Take Stock in Children and First Serve and is a member of the Benjamin School Alumni Council.
