Sergio Moises

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Moises has over 20 years of experience in financial management, specializing in corporate finance, asset management, and financial reporting. Throughout his career, he has overseen the development and repositioning of more than 8,000 units across the United States. Since joining Royal Palm Companies (RPC) and Participant Capital in 2011, Mr. Moises has served as CFO for both organizations, managing over $2 billion in development projects, including those currently under construction. At Participant Capital, he also serves as Chief Investment Officer (CIO), responsible for overseeing investment strategies, managing the acquisition and development of real estate assets, ensuring alignment with the fund's financial goals and risk management, and overseeing corporate governance to ensure compliance across all investment operations. He has structured numerous investment vehicles and funds across jurisdictions such as the Cayman Islands, Luxembourg, and the United States, raising approximately $300 million through a combination of Participant Capital and EB5 vehicles. Prior to joining RPC and Participant Capital, Mr. Moises served as CFO of the Southeastern United States division of Tricon Homes, overseeing a $500 million portfolio of more than 2,000 single-family rentals acquired through foreclosure, renovation, and repositioning. Simultaneously, he was CFO of Ark Financial, managing over $250 million in distressed debt purchased from major institutions, including JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo. Before these roles, he worked at J.I. Kislak Organization as a co-asset manager, overseeing more than $1.2 billion in real estate. Mr. Moises holds a master’s degree in Finance from Florida International University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad del Norte in Barranquilla, Colombia.
